Case Study 1

While we are very proud of the work we have done together, our client has asked us to keep this case study anonymous to protect their sensitive data.

Challenge

A tribal casino client wants to launch SMS marketing with mobileStorm. The property understands the value of SMS, but is not sure how to get started.

Solution

After evaluating popular upcoming events together, we decided to launch their first SMS opt-in campaign during a live concert.  On-property signage was used during the event to indicate that $10 in free play could be earned for joining to the mobile program.

Results

Within 48 hours, 647 players opted-in to receive alerts. 598 players returned to the property to redeem their associated free play offer.  This strong base of subscribers was collected almost overnight at the concert, allowing the Marketing team to strategically convert entertainment patrons into carded players.
