While we are very proud of the work we have done together, our client has asked us to keep this case study anonymous to protect its sensitive data.

Challenge

Another tribal casino wanted to optimize marketing campaigns for their entire host team.  Creating one-off campaigns for each host was becoming too difficult and time consuming to manage.

Solution

By using Dynamic Tokens we were able to templatize the campaigns while still adding personalized data, including unique host information, to more directly engage each player. We directed guests online to purchase their event tickets through host-specific links and then tracked clicks on each in order to measure our success.

Results

We saved each host countless hours typically spent composing these personalized emails.  Because of this, we were also able to spend more time strategizing with the client on increasing open rates to over 50%.
